Aker-Kasten Eye Center is pleased to offer you our new full service optical. Our optical carries a wide variety of quality eyeglass frames and lenses, including non-prescription sunglasses. Our licensed optician, Bob Reeves, has 20 years of experience and will take the guess work out of choosing eyewear. He will work with you to select the corrective lenses and frames that best match your vision needs, lifestyle and personal preferences.
 
We are committed to providing you with the most technologically advanced, yet cost-effective eyewear available. Our goal is to provide you with personal service, knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing. We invite you to visit our optical and “SEE” for yourself. Will Medicare pay for my glasses?
 
Medicare will pay for one pair of basic glasses after cataract surgery. We are happy to offer our patients a wide variety of Mens and Womens frames that are included within the Medicare guidelines. If you would like to purchase deluxe lenses or frames, Medicare allows you to pay the upgrade charge for these items. Our knowledgeable optical staff will be happy to help you select a pair of glasses that will meet your needs.
