We are excited to announce that Aker Kasten Eye Center has reopened and we have resumed operations again. We look forward to continuing to safely care for your eye care needs.

Please be assured that every precaution is being taken to safeguard both you and our team here at the Center. Here are some safety measures that are now required for all appointments.  If you have any issues complying with our instructions, please call us at (561) 338-7722.

COVID-19 Appointment Protocols

If you are having any respiratory issues including cough, fever or flu-like symptoms please call our office to reschedule your appointment.

  • You are required to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth at all times.  This can be a bandana, scarf or some type of medical mask.
  • When you arrive at our facility, we will take your temperature (with a digital, non-contact thermometer), screen and check you in before entering the building.
  • Additional guests will not be permitted into our facility unless needed for translating or assisting you with movement.
  • We also have a strict safety protocol set in place within the practice. This includes taking temperatures of our staff each day, wearing protective gear (such as masks, safety glasses, etc), wiping down rooms and all equipment (such as desks, chairs, door handles, light switches, computer) before and after each encounter.
