Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico in 2004, awarded with summa cum laude honors and a Master of Science from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2008, where she graduated cum laude and was selected by faculty for the Pi Alpha Honor Society.
